Our client, a renowned European fashion brand, is seeking energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join their team in Central and Sheung Wan. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through your passion for fashion and your ability to connect with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to help customers find the perfect items

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand's products, materials, fit, and care instructions

• Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques and customer relationship building

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system

• Maintain a neat, clean, and well-organized sales floor and stockroom, ensuring all products are properly displayed and merchandised

• Assist with the receipt and processing of new inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely floor replenishment

• Participate in store events, promotions, and customer outreach initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty

• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

• Collaborate with store management and team members to create a positive and supportive work environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in fashion or retail is a plus

• Retail sales experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury retail environment

• Passion for fashion and a strong understanding of current trends and customer preferences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of customers

• Strong selling skills and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in English and Cantonese; Mandarin skills are a plus
