Your Role as a Customer Service Officer

• Deliver exceptional customer service at HKIA, Kowloon/Airport Express Stations, Sky Pier, and pre-flight registration sites.
• Assist passengers from check-in through boarding, ensuring a smooth, hassle-free journey.
• Manage flight preparations and documentation with precision and attention to detail.
• Maintain smooth and on-time operations by working efficiently with teammates.

What Makes You the Perfect Fit?

• Aged 18+ with a HKCEE/HKDSE or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Cantonese or Putonghua is a big plus.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, overnight, and public holidays.
• A passion for customer service, with excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude.
