Responsibilities:

• To conduct training to dealers and provide support to achieve company goals.
• To work closely with other education team members to define the learning objective, method and training materials.
• To deliver technical training and product training as per schedule at HQ office.
• To coach and guide dealers’ staff on both skill and retail training at dealer outlets.
• To evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered and follow up on post-training.
• To support promotional roadshow and company’s events from time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least CIBTAC / CIDESCO certificate or relevant discipline.
• At least 2-3 years’ related experience, preferably those from beauty / skin care industry
• Good communication and people skill
• Good complexion
• Computer literate
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively during weekends when required
• Able to speak and write in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
