The successful candidate will deliver exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. He/ she will plan and assign workloads for Front Desk associates, supervise them in their assigned duties, and assist department heads in maintaining smooth operations and handling ad hoc projects.

Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience preferably in hotel industry
Knowledge of Opera System is a must
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
