Requirements:

• A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience in sizeable catering or hotel Chinese restaurant operation
• Good knowledge in Chinese cuisine, sense of business development, strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
• Computer literacy with knowledge in MS Words, Excel and PowerPoint preferably
