We are looking for an Operations Officer to be part of our Ice Rink Team. Cityplaza Ice Palace is a shimmering winter wonderland nestled within the heart of Cityplaza, offering a captivating ice skating experience for all ages. Our Ice Rink Team of specialised staff are dedicated professionals with diverse skills and expertise to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for visitors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the daily operation of Skate Counter, Skate Shop and Box Office and performing duty manager role.
  • Handle daily customer inquiries, ad hoc incident and complaints
  • Communicate with frontline staff (both full time and part time) through the regular meeting, consultation, and monitor frontline staff’s performance and discipline.
  • Responsible for the procurement of office and operation supplies and inventory management, including report compilation
  • Reports and co-ordinate all maintenance works include builder works, tools, services, equipment & machinery to the Technical team or vendors 
  • Assist in setting and implementing procedures to comply with internal auditing policies
  • Assist and participate in the events and activities held in Ice Palace include annual ISI Skate HK Competition and ice shows 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or certificate holder or above, preferably in Sports Education or Leisure and Recreation or Property Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in Leisure and Recreation or Property Management, preferably with management or staff supervision experience
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and proven ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Builds partnerships and works collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
  • Customer service oriented
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese, Putonghua would be an asset
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Good PC skills on MS Office.
  •  Willing to work on shift
  • Good knowledge in digital marketing and social media platform is an advantage
