Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process for food and non-food items, including requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls, with a specific emphasis on F&B industry regulations and best practices

• Collaborate with F&B departments to identify procurement needs and develop sourcing plans for ingredients, equipment, and other supplies

• Evaluate F&B suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships

• Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and other business partners

• Oversee inventory management for F&B inventory, including forecasting, replenishment, and optimization

• Monitor procurement performance, identify cost savings, and implement process improvements

• Manage and update purchasing documents and records

• Handling full set of shipping documents

• Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies, with a focus on F&B industry requirements

• Provide regular reports on procurement activities and metrics

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Purchasing / Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management and procurement management, with abundant local supplier resources and knowledge of local laws and regulations; candidates with less experience will be considered for a junior position

• Familiar with procurement workflows, experienced in price negotiation, order management, accounting handling, and supplier development

• Proficient in software such as PPT, Excel, and Word, strong data analysis skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, and the ability to drive work forward
