With our commitment to quality and innovation, we are now seeking a seasoned Factory Manager to oversee our production facility in Tuen Mun. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in prduction management, production planning, process improvement, automation, warehous and material tracking system enhancement, inventory control, HR management and factory maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

主要職責

• Leadership & Management: Direct and manage a diverse team of factory staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• WMS Implementation: Oversee the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems to streamline operations.

• Health & Safety: Ensure a safe working environment compliant with the latest health and safety regulations.

• HR Management: Lead the HR functions including recruitment, training, and performance management.

• Inventory Control: Develop and maintain efficient inventory control systems, ensuring accurate tracking and optimal stock levels.

• Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Production Planning: Co-ordinate and optimize production schedule to meet demand without compromising quality.

• Factory Maintenance: Maintain all factory equipments and infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to F&B standards.

• Industry Expertise: Utilize extensive F&B experience to oversee production, ideally with a background in beverages, snacks, and handling a large number of SKUs.

• 流程改進： 持續評估和改進製造流程，以提高效率和降低成本。

• 生產計劃： 協調及優化生產計劃，滿足需求而不影響品質。

• 工廠維修保養： 維護所有工廠設備和基礎設施，確保最小的停機時間和遵守食品與飲料標準。

• 行業專長： 利用廣泛的食品與飲料經驗來監督生產，理想情況下具備飲料、小食和處理大量SKU的背景。

Qualifications

資格

• Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in managerial role within a factory setting

• Previous experience in the F&B industry, with a strong preference for candidates with beverage or snack manufacturing backgrounds.

• Proven track record in implementing WMS or material tracking system and improving production processes.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.

• In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations, HR practices, and inventory control.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

• 擁有商業管理、運營管理或相關領域的學位。

• 至少10年在工廠環境中的管理角色經驗。

• 曾在食品及飲料行業工作的經驗，尤其偏好具有飲料或小吃製造背景的候選人。
