Responsibilities :
* Support the Regional Operations Manager in overseeing the Hong Kong Client Service Support team to ensure they provide streamlined, reliable, and impactful service support, leading to positive customer experiences, strengthened trust, and a standout proposition that drives business expansion. * Serve as the initial contact for customers and financial advisers through phone, email, or face-to-face interactions, addressing their inquiries efficiently. * Build a solid understanding of the business and cultivate strong internal connections to facilitate effective query handling. * Uphold exceptional customer service standards, offering tailored and approachable assistance while prioritizing the customer in all actions. * Take part in evaluating service requests and processes, spotting opportunities for enhancement and putting improvements into action to elevate service quality. * Assist with operational tasks by executing required processing duties and supporting projects tied to current and legacy business, such as follow-up calls for New Business sales and verification calls for claims and withdrawal requests. * Provide backup to the Operations Manager, Sales Team, Relationship Management, and Client Service Support teams whenever necessary.
* Gain a clear understanding of group's core business goals, regional strategy, and target customer and distribution segments, ensuring that service delivery aligns with these priorities. * Exhibit strong teamwork within your own team and collaborate effectively across the broader organization. * Comprehend Utmost International's primary objectives, regional approach, and key customer and distribution focuses, adjusting service efforts to support these aims. * Show proficiency in working collaboratively within your team and with other departments throughout the business.
