Job Description

What you'll do:

• Supervise and lead team-mates on design and develop hardware or software solutions in advanced energy areas, including new energy vehicle, charging technology, hydrogen technology, energy storage, alternative energy etc.
• Responsible for project initiation, implementation and management including feasibility study, solution development of projects
• Responsible for operation analysis and system design, and liaise with collaboration parties from industry, University and other R&D Institutes to formulate feasible solutions addressing clients’ needs by integrating various technologies for consultancy and/or government funded projects
• Assist in organizing and delivering promotional actives related to the projects, such as study missions, workshops, technical seminars, training course, etc.
• Responsible for the technical document writing and technology development
• Travel outside Hong Kong occasionally

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Material Science, Automotive Engineering or equivalent with hands on experience in research and product development work
• 4 years or more working experience in product or R&D projects on technical development or project management
• Experience in any one of below skills and knowledge an advantage:

-Electric Vehicle technologies (battery, motor control, system design etc)

-Hydrogen technologies (fuel cell, hydrogen testing, application etc)

-Energy Storage technologies (battery, system integration, deployment etc）

-Green Energy production and application (methanol, ammonia, e-fuel etc)

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (i.e. Cantonese and Putonghua)
