Our client is one of the reputable IT solutions provider in HK with wide range of professional services from different industries.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prepare monthly financial reconciliation, tracking and forecast reporting at portfolio/account level.
• Conduct financial data analysis and prepare comprehensive accounting schedules.
• Handle monthly workplace security inspection, and manage DS&P (Data Securities & Privacy) related activities.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and consolidation processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform financial analysis, internal project administration work and administration work.
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc financial projects and system enhancement initiatives.
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas and mainland colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in financial reconciliation, tracking and forecast reporting
• Proficiency in MS Office, VBA, Excel Application, Powerpoint
• Good Sense on Physical Security and Cyber-Security
• Good Sense on Project Management
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to work under pressure.
•  Excellent communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken Cantonese and English
