JOB DESCRIPTION

ESF Explore is looking for enthusiastic, experienced, and highly motivated Early Years Teachers to lead engaging and inspiring classes during our 2025 Summer Camps, running from 30 June to 23 August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organise, and deliver age-appropriate, stimulating, and enjoyable kindergarten and/or playgroup classes.
  • Provide safe, nurturing, and engaging educational activities designed to support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Observe and report on students' progress and achievements, providing clear feedback to parents and senior staff.
  • Offer clear feedback and evaluations upon completion of each camp session.
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth class delivery and overall camp success.
  • Participate actively in scheduled planning meetings and professional development sessions.
  • Act professionally and positively as an ambassador of ESF Explore at all times.
     

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree and recognised teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years’ teaching experience within early childhood settings.
  • Proven experience teaching or facilitating learning activities for young children aged 6 months to 5 years.
  • Preferred availability on weekdays (daytime) throughout the summer camp period. Applicants available only on Saturdays or for certain weeks during the summer may also be considered

Candidates must be a permanent Hong Kong resident or possess a valid visa to work in Hong Kong.

Closing Date: 31 May 2025
