Our client, a various bank / insurance group in Hong Kong, is now looking for the high calibre candidates for their position of Personal Banking Manager and Customer Service, Insurance (Wealth Select Centre)
Customer Service, Insurance (Wealth Select Centre / Contact Centre) (21-33K)
Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries face to face at Wealth Select centre on various insurance service To verify client’s identity documents and all related insurance documents to ensure that all information is inerrant. Cash / premium payment handling, operation and administrative support to the team as assigned
Requirements:
University / College graduate
3 years customer service experience in Insurance, IFA or banking industry
Experience in serving High Net Worth customer is an advantages
IIQE paper 1, 2, 3 & 5
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
Personal Banking Manager (25-33K)
Responsibilities:
Provide quality one stop banking service to retail customers in branch network.
Handle enquiries and provide professional advises to customers as well as understanding their financial needs.
Recommend appropriate banking product and services to meet their need so as to achieve business target.
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree holder or above in any discipline
2 years’ experience in insurance, IFA or financial institution
IIQE Paper 1, 2 & 3
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Position
