Job Highlights

  • Ensures the smooth operation of the computer systems and software
  • To handle support requests, troubleshoot hardware and software issues
  • To handle user account setup/termination, IT resources allocation/collection

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first tier user support and troubleshooting including computer hardware, network, software, application, etc using Service Desk platform
  • Monitoring and Improvement of IT Services and ensure quality of service is delivered
  • Perform routine system checking for server, network, firewall and backup
  • Assist in hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrade and maintenance
  • Assist in user onboarding and offboarding process such as user account setup/termination, IT resources allocation/collection
  • IT asset management (Hardware & Software) – log any changes in inventory management system
  • Maintaining IT Documentation and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance of Company IT Policies
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by supervisor

 

Job Requirements:

  • 1 - 3 years relevant IT support and maintenance experience
  • Experience in deploying, managing and supporting in MS Windows OS platform, MacOS platform would be an advantage
  • Knowledge with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, LAN/WAN/VPN architecture and switching
  • Experienced in Incident and Problem Management
  • Good communication skills with experience managing different stakeholders across the organization
  • Motivated, proactive & independent; anticipates problems and works effectively within teams (locally as well as regionally)
  • Fluent English and Cantonese speaking and writing
