We are seeking an experienced and innovative Product Manager with strong UX/UI design skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch, ensuring that our products meet customer needs and align with our business objectives. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and design expertise to create products that are both functional and delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities:

• **Product Strategy and Vision**

• Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market needs.

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation

**User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI) Design**

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

• Conduct user research, create personas, and map out user journeys to inform design decisions.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize product features and workflows.

**Product Development and Management**

• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes for construction-related products.

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

• Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing customer satisfaction.

• Act as a product evangelist, representing the product internally and externally to gather feedback and drive adoption.

**Performance Monitoring and Optimization**

• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success.

• Continuously gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement A/B testing and usability testing to validate design choices and optimize user experience.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

 **Educational Background**

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

**Experience**

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.

• Demonstrable experience in UX/UI design, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

• Must have experience in building infrastructure.

**Technical Skills**

• Strong understanding of software development processes and web technologies.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.

**Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills**

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data and make data-driven decisions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex challenges.

**Communication and Leadership**

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without formal authority.

• Must be fluent in speaking Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**

• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

• Experience in conducting usability testing and A/B testing.

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
