What you’ll do

• Responsible for recruitment operation & create a great candidate experience through the hiring journey
• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle such as job advertisement and promotion, conduct screening, interviews and assessments, onboarding process
• Arrange background checks and other onboarding formalities
• Maintain candidate database, and ensure data are updated timely and accurately
• Collaborate with the People & Culture team to develop effective recruitment strategies and messaging targeted towards frontline positions
• Ensure and support the implementation of internal policies, procedures, and regulations in daily work.

Key qualifications

• 1 year experience in mass recruitment or similar outreach-focused role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse candidate populations
• Familiarity with security and cleaning industry job requirements and candidate profiles

Personal skills you excel

• With frontline hiring experience in security and cleaning industry
• Knowledge of local job market trends and recruitment best practices
