To provide clerical and marketing support to customer service team
Handle and follow up customer enquiries, quotation, order or data management
To follow up and resolve the escalated customer enquiries and complaints to maintain a positive customer experience
Work closely with sales teams for sales appointment arrangement
Participate in sales and marketing events and customer-related activities
To assist any adhoc tasks if required
Qualifications:
Diploma or above with minimum 1-2 years working experience preferred
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Mature, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
Good PC Knowledge in MS Word, Excel & other PC applications
Good team players with a strong sense of responsibility
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
