You will be engaging in:
Customer Services Team
Deliver a customer centric cargo terminal experience to our customers
Responsible for cargo documentation in relation to import, export, transhipment smooth handling
Execute cargo load plan or booking instructions to ensure shipment flown as booked
Plan maximum utilization of cargo capacity/weight for ULD and aircraft loading
Handle customer enquiries and follow up cargo tracing, claims and post flight handling
Maintain and control inventory of aircraft/cargo loading equipment
Liaise with different parties, namely government, ramp handling operators, airlines and etc
Terminal Services Team
Provide efficient and assistance to customers at various locations such as cargo acceptance counter, truck control office and cargo collection point
Monitor the cargo build-up and breakdown process in compliance with the company services standard
Ensure data accuracy of Import/Export/Transhipment cargo in Warehouse Operation System (“WOS”)
Responsible for subcontractors’ efficient staff utilization assignment and safe operations
Be the CPSL brand representative in delivering 5S and LEAN culture for cargo terminal operations
Liaise with different parties, namely government, ramp handling operators, airlines and etc
We are looking for:
Holder of HKCEE/HKDSE or RPL qualifications in Logistics at HKQF level 2 or above;
Good spoken English and Cantonese. Basic command of Putonghua is preferred;
Willingness to work shift duty and overnight;
Candidate without working experience is welcome.
