• We are looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to Customer Support Supervisor.
• Work in Customer Service team of 6-8 members
• Provide professional customer support and coordinate shipment
• Respond to inquiries from external customers to enhance customer relations
• Create cases related to packed shipments and coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions.
• Assist customers with inquiries by calls and by emails
• Monitor a list of packed orders daily
• Create cases to notify customers of their packed orders
• Coordinate payment and/or shipping instructions
• Frequent follow up to ensure shipments are confirmed by the customer in a timely manner
• Collaborate effectively across Sales and Warehouse teams
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years work experience in office environment
• Experience in trading / manufacturing / buying offices is a plus
• An advantage if experience in customer service / order admin / shipping / logistics ...etc
• Experience in garment trims / garment / textiles / packaging products is a plus
• 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm)
