Job Description:

• Perform implement, testing and troubleshoot for systems and server
• Support to daily IT infrastructure issue such as physical and virtual servers, Active Directory and Linux on-premises and cloud etc.
• Prepare user manuals for updates, operation procedures, system maintenance documents, drafting tender specification etc.
• To undertake any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirement Details:

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in infrastructure support and management
• Hands-on experience in IT Infrastructure and server virtualization technology is essential
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
