Role Purpose:
The job holder will support the Reward & Benefits processes and programs, ensuring they are executed in a timely, accurate, consistent and customer-friendly manner while complying with relevant legislation and the Company's policies.
A typical day in this Role:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to complete the C&B operations, which include but are not limited to payroll, retirement plan, taxation and other benefits administration.
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process, and compile HR reports and analysis to facilitate decision-making and meet operational needs.
- Contribute to the HRIS enhancement projects and collaborate with the various teams in improving People processes.
- Play an integral role in compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, market surveys and budget.
- Participate or lead in HR initiatives and ad hoc projects as assigned.

- Degree holder in business related discipline.
- Good knowledge of Hong Kong employment related ordinances and legislations
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
