Responsibilities:

  • Create and generate electrical drawings for the Baggage Handling System.
  • Prepare Specifications/ Assist in sourcing and logistics for electrical and controls equipment.
  • Assess impacts and incorporate changes in electrical and controls engineering during all phases of the project.
  • Coordinate design/ interface/ site issues with clients, design consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with statutory departments on compliance issues.
  • Create installation files, test reports, extra material specifications, and site installation instructions.
  • Support installation and commissioning teams.
  • Prepare and submit as-built documentation.
  • Establishes and maintains good workshop relationships with internal and external parties.

Requirements

  • Degree, Higher Diploma or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines, plus at least 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Familiar with local ordinances and regulations, COP, as well as relevant international standards.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team player with an open mindset.
  • Customer services oriented.
  • Computer skills are required, e.g. MS Office, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.
  • Holder of a Grade A registered electrical worker certificate or above will be an advantage.
