Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily settlement duties, including accurate reconciliation of transactions and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
• Execute interbank funds transfers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Construct SWIFT and CHATS payment messages through the SWIFT Alliance system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Participate in system development projects, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system migrations, to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with various departments to streamline settlement processes and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting settlement operations.

Requirements:

• A degree in Business Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Experience in banking Treasury Settlement is a definite advantage; however, fresh graduates will also be considered.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in processing transactions.
• Proficient in using banking software and systems, particularly SWIFT Alliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
