Job Responsibilities:

Procurement Strategy:

• Source and acquire aircraft parts, components, consumables and material.

• Source and acquire equipment and materials for the Part-145 operations.

• Deal with various vendors to obtain quotes and process PO to release orders.

• Assist in process development and sourcing new vendors.

• Arrange and coordinate with the freight forwarder

• Assist with the regulatory and taxes compliance documentation as required

Vendor Management:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.

• Establish and maintain relationships with aircraft manufacturers, dealers, and service providers.

Negotiation:

• Review and approve purchase orders and contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to define specifications and requirements for aircraft procurement.

• Work closely with regulatory and compliance teams to ensure all acquisitions meet legal and safety standards.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay informed about advancements in procurement technology and methodologies.

Requirements:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experiences, Supply Chain Management, Aviation Management, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the aviation or aerospace industry.

• Candidates with knowledge of aviation regulations and compliance standards would be ideal.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in English and Cantonese is required.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Holding a Hong Kong driver license class 2 would be ideal

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with occasional travel for supplier meetings and site visits.

• May require working under tight deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
