• We are looking for SALES & MARKETING MANAGER (BUSINESS UNIT HEAD) - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to Business Director
• Work in Marketing Division
• Lead one of the Business Units
• Lead Business Unit consisiting of Program Managers and Marketing Executives
• Lead Business Unit consisiting of dedicated subordinates from marketing, materials management, quality and engineering functions to drive for profitability of the business unit
• Lead program management of the Business Unit
• Lead customer negotiation & interface
• New product introduction management
• Degree holder preferably in Engineering / Business / Marketing, or equivalent
• 5+ years managerial or team leader experience in program management/sales/marketing; of which 2+ years in EMS company
• Rich experience in customer negotiation & interface, RFQ & quotation, contract & agreement reviews, risk management & cost recovery, new product introduction management
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Strong business acumen to comprehend market situation and provide insightful business and operation plans & strategies
• 5 days work
• Work based in Guangdong factory
• Hong Kong employment contract
• Hong Kong MPF
