• Diploma holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Relevant experience in compensation & benefits preferred
• Familiar with Employment Ordinance
• To assist in managing day-to-day compensation & benefits functions
• Self-motivated with excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
