Responsibilities:

• Sell shirts and accessories in accordance with the stores objectives and achieve daily sales goals
• Deliver exceptional shopping experience for every customer to exceed their expectations and ensure our standards of service are consistently executed at all times
• Achieve agreed business unit sales targets by identifying every selling opportunity through demonstrating professional sales techniques
• Respond to customer requests including after-sales service
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including daily inventory counts
• Perform cashiering function and daily housekeeping
• Participate in training regularly to remain fluent in product knowledge and selling strategy
• Assist with in-store events

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience preferably in high-end fashion industry
• Pleasant, presentable, energetic and results driven
• Service-oriented and a good team player
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
