Responsibilities

• Assist the Supervisor with respect to the overall control of all site activities within their respective section of a project including but not limited to the progress of works, the assurance of the execution of works in accordance with the proper procedures and methods, sub-contractor management, inspection and testing, quality control, safety and environmental issues;
• Act as site representative of the company on execution of civil engineering and foundation projects;
• Assist the Project Manager in the management of the Project;
• Co-ordinate and monitor the work tasks as specified in the Project Quality Plan;
• Plan, implement and monitor site activities;
• Set performance goals and deadlines, monitor and report on project progress and plan construction processes;
• Enforce safety and environmental regulations and take appropriate precautionary and rectification measures;
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, etc. to determine project needs.

Requirements

• At least 10 years relevant working experience with minimum 2 years' experience in civil and building / fitting-out projects; 
• Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor is a must;
• Holder of Certificate in TCP T1 is a must;
• Eligible to TCP-T2 requirement of Buildings Department;
• Independent, mature and good problem solving skill;
• Good command in English & Chinese, preferred in Mandarin;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.

** Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Foreman.
