We are looking for a high caliber candidate to fill the following position:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operation of Front Desk and maintain the guest services level.
Prepare GRP/FITs room assignment and blocking; ensure proper room allocation is being exercise to fulfill the guest needs and requests.
Provide on-the-job training to Guest Services team and trainees.
Maximize the daily room occupancy and revenue.
Amend the up-sell package base on market trend and customer’s needs.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management.
Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience gained in hospitality industry.
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua, ability to speak other languages would be an advantage.
Pleasant and outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Independent and able to work under pressure.
Proficient in opera system, Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing.
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Guest Services Supervisor
