We are looking for a high caliber candidate to fill the following position:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Response to guest comments and complaints relating to service standards and take necessary action to achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction.
Represent management and take charge of situations to make necessary decisions in the absence of the hotel management and/or department heads.
Report all guest complaints, compliments and suggestions to management.
Adhere to the emergency procedures in the event of fire, bomb threat, flooding, typhoon, etc.
Be aware of the room situation constantly, strive to obtain maximum room occupancy and revenue.
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Hospitality Management.
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience gained in hospitality industry in which at least 3 years in supervisory level.
Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua, ability to speak other languages would be an advantage.
Independent and able to work under pressure.
