Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hong Kong for the Head of Academics and Teachers. The individual in this role will be responsible for overseeing curriculum development, training teaching staff, ensuring educational standards are met, and managing day-to-day academic operations. Additional duties include fostering a positive learning environment, implementing teaching methodologies, and coordinating with other administrative departments to ensure smooth academic operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Communication and Training
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Education in IB/AP/A Level/IGCSE/DSE/test prep
• Extensive experience in Teaching
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
