Job Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership :

  • Spearhead the promotion and sale of the Global Trading Network and Digital Wealth Management platform to regional clients including banks, brokers, asset managers, family offices, and independent advisors.
  • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to cultivate a robust portfolio of institutional B2B and B2B2C clients, ensuring consistent revenue growth and enhanced client satisfaction.

End-to-End Sales Management

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from lead generation and compelling sales presentations to strategic negotiations and final contracting.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with pre-sales teams to secure deals and ensure smooth handovers, paving the way for successful client launches.

Client Relationship Excellence

  • Foster and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and main point of contact.
  • Coordinate client interactions within the firm and partner closely with Services and Sales Trading teams during onboarding, go-live phases, and beyond to ensure client success.

Revenue And Growth Focus

  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets as set by the company, with a focus on strategic upselling to increase the share of wallet.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and implement robust account plans to drive growth and client satisfaction.

Market Intelligence

  • Continuously monitor the market landscape and competition, providing insightful recommendations to management on market dynamics and strategic adjustments.

Client Expansion

  • Drive the development and expansion of client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services to enhance client value.

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the buy/sell-side market, including banks, brokers, asset managers, family offices, and independent advisors.
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong relationship management skills and ability to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Experience in managing the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, sales presentations, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with pre-sales and other internal teams.
  • Strong market analysis skills and ability to provide strategic recommendations to management.
  • Strong network within Hong Kong brokers community is plus.
