Job Responsibilities
- Account Onboarding and Trading Enablement:
- Initiate the account opening process and set up clients for trading in selected markets.
- Ensure clients meet all required policies and standards for trading.
- Obtain all necessary documents per MFS and regulatory KYC standards.
- Liaise with client operations to set up and obtain necessary information such as SSI, investor numbers, and exchange numbers.
- Coordination and Relationship Management:
- Coordinate with executing partners and custodians to secure investor and exchange numbers.
- Work with various internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for client trading enablement.
- Develop relationships with executing partners and custodians to facilitate smooth onboarding and trading operations.
- System and Documentation Management:
- Arrange for usernames and passwords based on setup requests from sales.
- Set up pricing as per contractual agreements.
- Develop and update the CRM to manage all onboarding tasks.
- Maintain the CRM with the status of each onboarding account.
- Market and Trading Operations:
- Understand the account opening process for new markets, obtaining required documents, and educating RBDMs and dealers.
- Account setup and configuration for trading and derivatives.
- Manage cash reconciliation for derivatives accounts.
- Reconcile brokerage and banking accounts.
- Handle market settlements and corporate actions.
- Provide daily trading confirmations and client reporting.
- Set up new exchange and custodian accounts.
- Update and develop market systems as required.
Qualities That Are Important To Us
- 3+ years proven experience in account onboarding and trading enablement.
- Strong understanding of KYC standards and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with executing partners and custodians.
- Knowledge of market settlements, corporate actions, and reconciliation processes.
