Job Summary

The incumbent will be responsible for executing the shipment issue to Distribution Centre Department.

 

Job Duties and Responsibilities
 

• Assist Shipping Supervisor to monitor the shipping operations in compliance of company policy

• Coordinate with division and warehouse for smooth operations

• Perform the insurance claim issue  

• Prepare and file shipping related documents

• Follow up the shipments with non-conformity

• Work with forwarders and factories for shipment issues

• Prepare the custom declaration

• Check invoice from forwarders and surveyor

• Perform the shipment confirmation in system

 

Requirements
 

• Undergraduate in Supply Chain or related disciplines preferable

• Experience in shipping operations is an advantage

• Capable in English and Chinese communication by email

• Hardworking with positive working attitude, passionate in logistics industry

• Detail-minded, self-motivated with good communication skill

• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel

• 1-year contract | Working Days: Preferably 2-3 days per week (MON-SAT)
