The incumbent will be responsible for all merchandising activities includes sales order follow up, stock arrangement support and sales report analysis for buy process.
Responsibilities:
Prepare sales report to review business performance
Assist in managing the daily operation of e-commerce platforms
Monitor the shipment to ensure adherence to timelines and delivery schedule
Allocate goods accurately to different stores based on demand and store profile
Create and maintain product information in system and ensure information accuracy
Assist to organize tradeshows docs and information
Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above
Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in Retail, experience in merchandising support will be preferred
Attentive to details, good numerical sense and organizing skills
Able to work under pressure
Good team player and self-motivated
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
