The incumbent will be responsible for all merchandising activities includes sales order follow up, stock arrangement support and sales report analysis for buy process.

 Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales report to review business performance
• Assist in managing the daily operation of e-commerce platforms 
• Monitor the shipment to ensure adherence to timelines and delivery schedule
• Allocate goods accurately to different stores based on demand and store profile
• Create and maintain product information in system and ensure information accuracy
• Assist to organize tradeshows docs and information

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 1-2 years’ relevant working experience in Retail, experience in merchandising support will be preferred 
• Attentive to details, good numerical sense and organizing skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Good team player and self-motivated
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
