About the Role

To be a trusted Talent Acquisition partner to the assigned portfolio to fulfill resourcing needs in a timely manner with the best-fit candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment to fulfil resourcing needs with best fit candidates in a timely manner while ensuring a positive candidate experience at various touch points and reinforcing the AIA brand as an employer of choice.
  • Leverage various sourcing channels and tools including but not limited to job boards, employee referral, networking and vendors to provide managers with a diverse pool of suitable candidates while managing recruitment costs
  • Create/ participate in campaigns and recruitment events to engage students/ interns/ diverse candidates and position AIA as employer of choice. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment and adopt best practices and new ways of working in sourcing, screening, hiring and onboarding.
  • Conduct market mapping and support with intelligence initiatives to build external pipeline of potential candidates for target roles and support with other talent projects from time to time
  • Update the candidate database and dashboards to ensure accuracy of data at all times. Track recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of various channels, turnaround times and other metrics and make data-driven improvements
  • Support enhancements to work-flows to improve quality and timeliness of delivery and update the standard operating procedures as required
  • Manage internal stakeholders with timely updates on progress by sharingrecruitment related data insights to fulfil hiring needs
