Requirements
- Degree holder. Fresh graduated is welcomed
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office application
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Immediate available or short notice is preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Follow up projects
- Communicate and coordinate with internal and external parties
- Prepare quotation & filing of tender, projects and contract
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
