How You Will Do It:

-Assist in managing the Group’s loyalty programme

-Plan and organize all marketing activities, CRM campaigns, workshops or events to enhance members’ engagement and loyalty

-Manage CRM system and membership database

-Support daily operations: VIP points, gift redemption, enquiries from branches or members

-Support in data analysis and report generation

-Assist in the maintenance and updating of website and mobile APP

-Create promotional messages and materials to deliver effective and seamless communications engaging members via in-store POP, eDM, social media platforms, SMS, APP and etc.

-Liaise with partners for joint promotions and contract arrangements

-Support any ad hoc projects as assigned

 

What we look for:

-Bachelor or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related disciplines

-Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing or other related disciplines

-Excellent communication skill when working with internal or external parties

-Analytical minded, sensitive to figures and creative

-Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

-Working experience in retail or jewellery industry is preferred

-Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

-Immediate availability is preferred
