Job descriptions:

• As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the following duties:
• Work closely with programs team and care food team to support on driving brand awareness, marketing and promotion of programs and services to both B2B and B2C clients.
• Develop and design a variety of content, e.g., online feeds (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), EDM, reels/ short videos, press releases, newsletter, etc. for digital and social media platforms, website, e-shop, etc.
• Monitor and maintain channels' effectiveness and provide insightful analysis to improve overall marketing execution.
• Assist in the planning, organizing, implementing, management of project events and education and community engagement programs, including workshops, talks, tours, exhibitions, etc.
• Manage customer inquiries on program offerings and product inquiries.
• Assist in driving sales on e-shop platform, including content update, copywriting, promotions, inventory management, sales orders, etc.
• Work closely with internal teams and external agencies on assigned projects.
• Support team operations and perform ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing and Business Administration or Communications related disciplines
• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience is preferred
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing
• Basic skills in design software/App such as Photoshop, AI, Canva, is preferred.
• Self-driven, customer focus and able to work proactively and independently
• Willing to work under pressure and become a good communicative team member
• Passionate about social innovation and contributing to our society
