Our Legal Department is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position :

Responsibilities

• Undertake business investment and development M&As, joint ventures and ad hoc collaborations

• Draft/review full range of commercial contracts, letter of intent, term sheets, leases and loan documentation

• Supervise mid-level lawyers and manage contentious matters and external counsel

• Provide legal support/training to business units and other departments

• Update manual, guidelines, policies and procedures in relation to legal affairs

Requirements

• Degree or above in Law

• Hong Kong qualified solicitor/ barrister, minimum 10 years PQE with at least 6 years management experience

• In-house working experience is not essential but an advantage

• Strong analytical/logical mindset, self-started and strong problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, knowledge in Mandarin would be an advantage

• Proficiency in MS office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
