We are seeking enthusiastic problem solvers to join us in scaling our platform, to enhance the quality of life for elderly in Hong Kong through our senior living and outpatient rehab clinic operations. Our diverse and high-performing team comprises Medical and Nursing Care Professionals, Rehabilitation Specialists, Hospitality Professionals, Asset Management and Investment Professionals and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Chief Executive Officer to plan, develop and implement social care and services

• Identify service needs and develop strategies to provide high-quality integrated services.

• Lead and motivate teams to perform and provide high quality service

• Monitor and evaluate service outputs and outcomes, including risks, safety and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee and ensure all the operations and procedures meet the requirements

Requirements

• Degree or above in Social Work and registered under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance as Registered Social Worker

• At least 10 years’ solid working experience in the social work and case management with 5 years at managerial level leading a professional team；

• Inspirational leadership with strong interpersonal and communication skills；

• Ability to manage the team to raise efficiency, productivity and quality；

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
