Overview:

As a Accounting Clerk - based in Hong Kong will be responsible in assisting day-to- day accounting operations in the Finance department with strong compliance and work ethics to ensure operational efficiencies. Meanwhile, you are required to provide accounting related support to both internal/external customers and collaboratively work on resolving invoices or payments discrepancies among internal teams. The ideal candidate will possess fair and ethical work values, sense of urgency, accountability and willingness to grow and contribute to the success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine daily accounting operation and transactions such as handling invoices, payments and filing
• Assist in handling accounting duties including account payables, account receivables and general ledgers
• Performing general administrative duties related to the finance department
• Ad-hoc involvement in tasks or duties as assigned by supervisor/seniors

Requirements/Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience or above in accounting field
• Diploma in Accounting or related disciplines / LCCI level 2 or above
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good in Microsoft Office applications, especially in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in ERP system will be an advantage
• Self-motivated, independent, detail-minded and willingness to solve problem/conflicts
• Immediate available is highly preferred
