Credit Admin Analyst - European Corporate Investment Bank!
Our client is a top European corporate investment bank. They are looking for a Credit Admin Analyst to join the Credit Administration team to assist RM in handling credit administration, documentation checking, legal documentation preparation and credit authorization ticket for corporate/ PB/ HNW clients. The candidate should have 3-5 years of working experience in credit administration, credit control, documentation checking within banking industry.

They are now opening an exciting position for a Credit Admin Analyst to join the Wealth Management Department Credit Administration team to assist RM in handling credit administration, documentation checking, legal documentation preparation, credit authorization ticket annd regulatory reporting for corporate/ PB/ HNW/ SME clients. The firm provides corporates, institutional and private investors with product and service solutions tailored to their specific needs. It offers a wide range of financial services covering corporate & institutional banking etc.
Description
Responsible for assisting RM in credit administration, documentation checking, legal documentation preparation in connection with credit extension to HK clients
Prepare credit authorization ticket and issue banker's guarantee and standby letter of credit
Maintain all credit related data including credit limits, collateral values, and relevant data into respective systems, control logs and spreadsheets
Work closely with Legal Department and external lawyer for all non-standard legal documents
Check daily reconciliation reports and follow up on discrepancies if any
Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
Prepare instruction to external lawyer for creation or release of mortgage deed and for registration of de-registration of charge documents
Assist in regulatory reporting and UAT in both local and global projects
Profile
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business or relevant discipline
3-5 years of working experience in credit administration, credit control/ credit risk, documentation checking within banking industry
Strong knowledge in Legal and Regulatory aspects of the banking business
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Strong written communication skills, particularly in drafting professional emails
Able to work under pressure, strong resilience and ability to adapt to challenges
Highly independent and self-motivated in handling tasks without constant supervision
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese
