Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing overseas customer
Development of sales strategy with distributor to achieve business objective
Assist to formulate export sales forecasts, budgeting, inventory estimation, delivery schedule and make forecast adjustment, monitor export sales performance and report the changes in forecasts and the stability of sales to the clients and supervisor(s)
Prepare daily/monthly export sales reports for internal parties and analyze the reports timely for management review
Participate in activities related to Corporate Management System such as periodic audit, meetings, complaint documents and ISO documents preparation & update
Perform any other ad-hoc duties/assignments as assigned by superiors
Job requirements
Tertiary educated or above in related disciplines
4-5 years solid experience preferably in FMCG/food related industry
Hands on experience in export trade business is definitely an advantage
Knowledge in handling full set of Import/Export documents, international trade practices, e-trade operation and international food regulations & labeling.
Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Good command in using MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, detail & result oriented with strong commitment to achieve sales target.
Occasional business trip is required when necessary.
