- Drive new business expansion with leading a growing sales team.
- Lead strategic initiatives within the enterprise and corporate market, executing plans to boost revenue and market penetration.
- Oversee activities across function sales teams, ensuring quarterly and annual performance goals are met with excellence.
- Identify key business opportunities, develop tailored solutions, and build strong client relationships.
- Qualify business opportunities, generate compelling business cases, and establish strategic partnerships.
- Foster seamless coordination with key clients and partners, ensuring alignment with the company's core business strategy.
- Translate broad solution objectives into actionable strategies and business plans.
Profile
- 10+ years of experience in B2B business solution sales in Consumer electronic/ IT or related sector.
- Proven leadership in Enterprise Solutions,Technical Support, Marketing, and Product Development.
- Strong business development experience, handling Distributors and business vendors.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
- Demonstrated success in key account management, and revenue growth strategies.
- Expertise in strategic business planning, coupled with extensive knowledge of consumer electronic/ IT industries.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Fleunt in English and Chinese
