Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
Greet guests, manage reservations, and handle inquiries.
Assist the restaurant captain in managing daily operations to ensure service quality.
Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Address guest feedback and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
