Chevalier (Construction) Company Limited has actively participated in many development projects in Hong Kong since the 1980s. Those projects include the redevelopment of public housing estates, the Private Sector Participation Scheme for the Hong Kong Housing Authority, construction of school buildings for primary, secondary and tertiary institutes, and a range of commercial, industrial, residential and shopping arcade projects for the private sector.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tender submission, subcontractor assignment and cost analysis
• Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects
• Assist Project Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor in processing payment application and certification
• Assist project team in procurement and contract clarification
• Assist in subletting work and sub-contractor interim payment evaluation

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 1-2 years practical quantity surveying experience
• Basic knowledge in general contract administration, project documentation, cost estimation and procurement
• Relevant experience in quantity surveying or project management is preferred
• Good knowledge of computer application in MS Office
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
