About the Role:

We are seeking a highly independent and detail-oriented Senior Officer to support out pension investment team.  The ideal candidate will excel in executing tasks accurately and will proactively seek clarification and raise questions, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives.
 

Job Descriptions:

  • Client Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage mutual fund client portfolios, ensuring alignment with their investment goals while demonstrating initiative and ownership.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss portfolio performance and market trends, clearly articulating insights and recommendations.
  • Trade Entry: Accurately enter trades for clients, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and demonstrating a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market news and analyse economic data to support informed investment decisions, collaborating with the investment team to generate comprehensive market outlook reports.
  • Sales Support: Assist in the producing sales materials that facilitate effective client engagement and communication, ensuring clarity and relevance.


Qualification Requirements:

  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance related discipline
  • Current holder of a qualified SFC Type 1,4 Representative Licence is preferred.
  • Minimum 1 years of financial operational experience for retail clients.
  • Familiar with SFC relevant operation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
