THE COMPANY :

• PVD plating manufacturer for high-end Swiss watch brands.
• We specialized in high-quality PVD coatings that enhance the beauty, durability, and resistance to corrosion and scratches of luxury watches
• We are seeking QC SUPERVISOR / QC MANAGER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• 5+ years of experience in quality control for high end Swiss watch brands
• Strong knowledge on the acceptance appearance of high end watches, especially Swiss brands standard
• Experience leading a small China QC team is a plus.
• Lead the QC team to perform quality control functions for high-end Swiss watch brands.Ensure that all PVD plated products meet the highest quality standards and specifications required by high-end Swiss watch brands.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve efficiency and reduce defects in the PVD plating process.
• Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure they meet established quality standards.
• Analyze quality control data to identify trends, detect defects, and recommend improvements.
• Oversee and manage a QC team of 4-5 members, providing training and guidance on quality control procedures.
• Work closely with other departments, such as production, engineering, and supply chain management, to ensure quality standards are integrated throughout the organization.
• Investigate customer complaints and take corrective actions to prevent future issues.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality control processes, and prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
• Work based in Dongguan
