• We are looking for HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER / DIRECTOR – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Report to CEO
• Fully responsible for HR & admin role in Guangdong factory
• Formulate & implement HR strategies and company policies .
• Lead the Team for daily HR & Admin operations
• Drive for continuous improvement, create an environment and program to enhance internal communication
• Establish and drive HR policies and procedures to meet the Group's development strategies
• Oversee and manage people strategies, including HR regulations, management training programme, recruitment, compensation and benefits, and employee relations and organizational culture
• Ensure HR policies and procedures in compliance with PRC Employment Ordinance
• Degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management
• 12+ years of human resource experience; of which 5+ years managerial level focus in manufacturers
• Experience in garment or textiles industries is a plus
• Well-versed with HK and PRC employment ordinance and other related laws and legislation.
• Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Experience in ESG / EHS is highly prefer
• 5 days work
